Class Trips to A. Casola Farms
Whats better than a day in the country doing something that you don't usually get to do?
An October class trip to A. Casola Farms makes for an excellent educational experience.
Why? Because it is a multi-sensory approach to learning while the children have fun. It is stimulating and appealing
to all types of learners. We offer a variety of packages to suit your needs.
The basic package begins with a tractor-drawn hayride to the pumpkin patch where the children
will choose their own pumpkin and receive a gourd.
For an additional fee, various options are available that can include: a PETTING ZOO of delightful small
farm animals that the children can interact with; PONY RIDES- beautiful, tame, small ponies tacked up and
ready to ride, safely led around our corral; and CORN MAZE USA our 15 acre
corn maze.
We also have a PICNIC AREA with sturdy tables under a giant canopied patio where the children can snack
or eat lunch. A fully stocked PUMPKIN HUT full of Halloween goodies- candy
apples, giant lollypops, pens, pencils, various souvenirs, cider, drinks, popcorn and home baked pies, Italian
pastries and other goodies. We also have honey, apples, pears, corn stalks, hay bales, all types of squash & Indian Corn.
All teachers receive a lesson plan of activities to implement in the classroom. We are open 7 days a week through
October 31st 8am - 6pm. Classes and groups are weekday by reservation. Book early to assure a space.
